Gambhir has transformed the KKR team from one that was frightened of the big stage to a world class team. Dhoni on the other hand is the captain with a midas touch and everything that he touches simply turns to gold. On the one hand, Gambhir is an intense captain who works really hard for the team and gets the team to work very hard as well. On the other hand, Dhoni is a cool captain, who maintains calm under pressure cooker situations and his coolness rubs on the teammates to perform at critical moments of the game. Now both confront each other in the IPL-V finals. Who do you think would be the last man standing and will emerge with the trophy? Cheers! Ram

In Dhoni and Gambhir, I prefer gambhir more.. Surely Dhoni is a good captain, but many times luck favors him. But in last Season of India cricket, Dhoni has been not that good. His captaincy capability didn't worked in overseas tours.. So Surely his Captaincy is also under the shadow of question mark, in that sense these two are the supposed Indian captain(Dhoni is the Captain and Probably gauti next Captain. This will also be a fight to achieve Captaincy for Indian team. Remember in last Indian season, vice captaincy was given to Virat instead of gambhir, even though he was in the team. So Gambhir will be eagerly waiting to show that he too can captain the team well.. Gambhir can utilize this match to show his captaincy skills to BCCI. So this match has big importance more than IPL.

I think after the World Cup, Dhoni lost his mojo so to speak. He seemed a bit jaded and seemed a bit disinterested if you ask me. I think in the last two matches, he just seems to have found his mojo back. And this might be great news for Team India. Having two good captains within a team is great. So in Dhoni and Gambhir we have two thinking captains while in Kohli we have an upcoming captain who will benefit a lot from these two characters. Cheers! Ram

Gambhir came out the winner on the day. Only just, but that is good enough in sports. Now next up they will be up against it in the Champions Trophy in September. Cheers! Ram

Thats right, Dhoni lost his captaincy form after world cup. As you said it seems that he is back on track. Its good for a team to have two good captains, but Dhoni and Gauti are not in good touch. So surely, that should be sorted by BCCI. Virat is future captain. But Dhoni and Gauti are in the contention of Indian captaincy.. So their captaincy skill will be well tested in this match, and this will help them to set the bench mark. The contest is going to start soon, surely it will be a very good one to watch..

Chennai Super Kings v Kolkata Knight Riders is going to be a good final, I think Kolkata Knight Riders have a good chance to win this final, Chennai Super Kings did extremely well in the eliminator & 2nd qualifying match so they have a good momentum on there hand. I think Kolkata Knight Riders can pull this off ....

Till now CSK has played three teams in the IPL finals. Rajasthan Royals who stunned them with good captaincy from Warne. The other two, i.e. Mumbai Indians and RCB, both were beaten by Dhoni's captaincy. So now it is Gauti's term to come to terms with Dhoni. Cheers! Ram
