I got an email from mylot today stating that it reveals my password as per my request. I have not requested the password reminder nor did I click forgot password. did any of you get such a mail today? if not I have to change my password.

Looks like someone else went to myLot using your username and asked for the password to be sent. Obviously it would go to your mail and not theirs and they will NOT be able to access your account. Years ago this was not the case and several of us saw our accounts closed by others but myLot fixed that loophole so that if anyone asks for the resend password it only comes to us. You would be wise not to let others use your email

thanks for the answer. I will be careful of revealing mail id henceforth. However I use my personal system from my house, wonder if it is shown through profile or something.

No myLot do not reveal our email to anyone at all. They tell us not to post it anywhere here too and of course we should not do so on other sites, except where we can be certain that it will not be made public.

Seems like someone want to access your myLot account.. Not really sure how would it benefits him/her though, so I don't have any idea about what's his/her motive. Glad that myLot would only send that notification via our own email.

Nope I never get such email from myLot. So for sure somebody have tried to request for a password change in order to access your account. Better change your password again... but for sure whoever did that will never have a glimpse of your account as long as you're the only one who can access your email. Try changing your email password too...
