Wow; even I can't believe it; I'm early for work.
Yes, he did find it weird and commendable at the same time because I was 1 hour early for work and I am the first person who arrive here on the floor. I joked that I have to make up from the previous lates that I have ever since and he did ask me few questions before he left.
Little do he know that I was here to be early for mylotting. LOL. I have to posts topics so when later at work as I do my job; I'll just keep on checking posts every now and then. this is a great time for me to refresh also before hitting to work and distressing myself from all the heck that I'm thinking of right now.

LOL! That's cool, my professor told the class his experiences in his jobs, and it's kinda similar to yours. He would always arrive early in their office and immediately start typing and all but he did it to make a good impression to the higher ups. He told us that by doing that he earned the respect and had been appreciated by them. The truth is he's not actually typing or doing the stuffs that is related to his job in the office, he said that what he's really typing were articles that he had submitted to a newspaper publishers which was just around the corner of their own office. ^^ He told us, his students, to do that trick too because it's effective. LOL! I was actually planning to do that too. :D

That's cool! Getting to work early with a hidden agenda but turning up to be commended by your manager. That really makes you feel I suppose. Happy mylotting to you. Just be careful though not to be caught by any of your superiors while checking your posts and discussions.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about it. You're right. Sometimes you need to make a good impression while doing things at the back. Of course it wouldn't hurt to spend 30 minutes or more for mylotting and earning than doing nothing at all. Utilizing your time also counts ^_^-)

haha! congratulations! your boss seemed very giving at commendations and you should appreciate that too. of course our little secret for the reason why you are early- then let us keep it to ourselves. =)
in our work here, well everyone comes in early and i think every one thinks it is normal to be early for work because we do have quite a lot of things on our plate now. Ey, happy mylotting to you too! :D

Thanks; try to do that once in awhile; Instead of being late and being deducted for those awful days not it gives me the drive to be early every time. Thanks for sharing your feedback and happy mylotting ^______^-)

Usually, I used to get arrived to my college at the sharp time. 2 or 3 days in a week I will get late. Because of last minute rush, traffic, vehicle problem, railway gate problem, I will get late by 5 or 10 minutes to college.
I thought I need to go to college early at least for 1 day in a week. And soon it was happened. I was in the college 1 Hour before it get into regular work. My colleagues, HODs, Sr.Professors, Sr.Lectures, got shocked that I was came early than them. I was happy that I am very early. They whole day was happy.
But, Jokes and comedies can be enjoyable once in a while. so, I started my regular work again.
