Wow. You're going to have quite the garden! I can't think of much to add to it unless it would be broccoli, or did I miss that? I wish I had room to plant that much of a variety, but I don't, so I stick to the basics like tomatoes, corn and squash, besides the salad things like lettuce and radishes. I planted okra but it's not up yet, pumpkin, a few beans and I have some garlic and a couple of potatoes that I stuck in the ground because they were getting old.

I think Ill skip making my garden and go to your house. I cant think of anything, else normally I make a list of what I normally eat and its very small number, and list. Im going today to get the raised gardens from Canadian Tire if they have them and the plants as well.

I was actually trying to find ways to preserve them as well to save money over winter. Im not sure how to keep them without them spoiling. I donnt have a cellar either but my basement is cool but I dont think cool enough. I was going to grow spinach, elttuce, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, zucchini, red onions, and possible some fruit. I have tried growing strawberries in the past but didnt work. I do love sweet potatoes but dont think I have enough room.

We have rubarb and straw berries already and blackberries and blue barrier grow wild around here so no point in growing them plus they tent to take over very quickly

You planted a lot and I could not think of anymore veggies to suggest. I just have to wait till all you planted grow and ready for harvesting. Then when that time comes I'd visit your garden to ask some. I'm sure there would be a lot and you would be kind enough to share as much as you can.

It seems thereĀ“s nothing to add. You must have a big piece of land. WWhere I live, that amount of land would not be called a garden but maybe a park or a field. Last Summer I plantes some beans, tomatoe, peppers and kale. In Winter I plant radiches, arugule, lettuce, carrots and kale again. I also plant some leeks, garlic and green onions. But everything has to be in small amounts.
