How to use keywords to gain more traffic

Let me admit I have done blind writing until now. There has been writing as per my liking and in which I have found a deep solace in. But because I have hardly given importance to the keywords and trending topics, I have to say I need to focus more on the earnings factor as well. Please tell me how I should find the hot keywords so that it will turn into traffic and more earnings.

I thought you already knew about it as you having good page ranks on your blog. 
But just like you even I used to write freely without regarding of those keywords and other things..

Yes, I do have good page ranking in my blogs. But that has nothing to do with keyword research. Mark it, I said, "keyword research". I write mainly Bollywood news. So there is literally no need for any research. The news are automatically searched and people land on my blog pages. What I have not done is keyword research for either upfront writing or for articles that I submit for other sites. I hope you have got the difference between the two.

About keywords researching... Similarly like you , even I have never do any research on that thing or either implement any for my blog or article. I am having technology related blog and posting blogs whenever I get some new information. Or the info I already know. That's it.

Aah, so you visited my blog? Thanks for the same. Yes, I got some nice comments about my blog the way you did. However, I am looking to augment the earnings. I still think I am not earning as much as I should be doing. But anyways, it's fine than not having anything at all. And its the traffic that I am looking for and hence the discussion about having keywords.
