i wonder if there is any proxy that does not carry any viruses with it

there are some websites that talk about good proxies but still warn that we would need to use those proxies out of our own risk. so that make me back out and think twice on downloading some proxies. although i feel tempted to download one because i need to access the site i was not able to access although it is still accessible using other isp.
