how to start a bakery outlate

hello my dear friends actually i want to open a bakery outlate,,,,,but i have a lots of confusion from where i should have to start,,,,i means i should start making first or i have to trade goods from other vendors,,,if i start trading my margin will get low and if start manufacturing my expenses will high tell me dear friends what to do now????????
