sit ups

I've asked some of my friend about "can sit ups helps you lose belly fat?" Some of them said that it's just for build your abs muscle... But the others said that it will help losing belly fat... A little bit confused about this... Hahaha

Sit ups and other strength building exercise, especially of the core can help in losing fat. But the way they help is that when you do cardio, it makes it more effective when you have better muscle tone.

actually, it can. but you won't be noticing a big difference if you just do situps. you still need to do your cardio excercise and have a healthy diet. and of course, you have to do it regularly.

I see, so it's more likely for build muscle rather than burning fats.. And cardio is the best way :-)
