Just saw the movie yesterday. I enjoyed it but I thought the whole cam thing was unnecessary and just hurt the movie. But anyway...did anyone else thought of Akira while watching this movie? It was pretty obvious from the start that Andrew will get corrupted by power and start hurting people but when he was flying around in bandages and a hospital gown, I couldn't help but smile. It's clear from where they got the inspiration.

I thought it was ok. Didn't like it as much as I thought I would from the trailer tho.

Chronicle is the only film I liked with this type of camera work, I didn't know the idea of getting super power was inspired/taken. I liked watching Chronicle ...
