Okay so I have had my phone for less then a year now and it just died I dontknow what happened but the phone screen went white with black lines across it and I don't understand at all your info literally had it sitting on the table beside me while I was working on something and I saw it go all funny I don't get it I didn't drop it or anything! Now bell is being stupid and saying ihave to drivenit to there store 45min away from me to get it fixed rather then the store right next to my work as they can't send out repairs now this phone is all I have and I need it for work every day I can. Not afore to go without it let alone take a day off work and spend $50 in gas just to take it in to get fixed I think there is going to be alot of yelling today when I get off work and go to the store next door they are fixing it or I am switching providers simple as that

Sorry to hear that you're having such troubles with your telephone, as well as with having it serviced by the telephone company. I know that you are worried about the animule rescue place being able to contact you. I don't know of any quick way to fix this problem, but I will share with you what I did once. I had a mobile telephone that broke repeatedly. The telephone company would not do the honorable thing, even though it was a faulty product, and not me, that was the problem. It took a lot of time, but through research, I was able to find the home address of the President of the telephone company. I packaged my mobile and sent it to him, along with a letter expressing my disappointment in the way the company was treating customers. I ended up with a new telephone and an apology. I hope that you are able to get a new telephone and new service.

That is so unfortunate for you. A letter (not an email) usually has a much better impact. In the USofA we have very reasonable, pay-as-you-go telephont programs. I was able to purchase a nice mobile telephone with all the features for $32.00US. I pay $45.00US a month for unlimited calling, texting, and web browsing. Does such a thing exist in Canada?
