Any adults still collect them?

I remember when I was a kid, I was obsessed with collecting and reading every goosebumps I could get my hands on. Back then they were easy to get, but about 5 dollars each. So I didn't get a good collection fast. But I remember I had almost the whole collection, and I read every one of them. I enjoyed them so much, I would even read some to my little sister and try to scare her. She mostly got bored. Then I sold them all one day. As an adult I have been collecting them again. I pick some up whenever I see them in thrift stores and whatnot. I never pay more then a dollar for one. I tell myself I'm trying to get the whole collection to sell online, But I think deep down it is just a guilty pleasure. It brings back memories just to have them. And once in awhile I'll read some from one. Maybe I will save them for my daughter or son. IDK.

yesh i love those books too. I have three- four of them. they are really fun to read!! my school library had the whole collection by r l stine. Its so sweet that you want to save them for your kids- i do that too, but with things like jewelry. My books are so worn that they are ruined bcuz i throw them around carelessly. Im not even married but i like this feeling of saving up for the kids.

Yes it is a good idea. It encourages kids to read.

Hi there. I, too, was a big fan of the goosebumps series. I don't have the entire collection but do posses most of the books. I still buy them whenever and wherever I get them. Still trying to complete the collection. I still love to read them and can spend hours reading them. It's like reliving those moments from my childhood once again.
