There are quite a few 'real' scary movies but I think The Fly II is my all time scariest film, it was on the only film that gave me nightmares afterwards. Final Destination II was also pretty scary and horrific.

The ring is the movie that I found the scariest till now. It scared the hell out of me. I could not sleep for many nights (literally) after watching the movie.
