NAg mahay ko.
Its a visayan word that I cant translate to english.
I dont think a word could ever represent it in the english language.
I guess its beyond words, for words would not be enough to describe the feeling.
Never felt this little before, never felt this incompetent before and never felt this strange before and the worst it felt like I wanted to put an end to many thoughts coming and the tears from falling. I thought I was a choleric but often times the melancholic side prevails and reveals itself in silence. I dont know if it goes with age, maybe, Im getting older and getting emotional and all or maybe its the best that I deserve. I envy CJ Corona though he was judged guilty and has been convicted, at least he was given the time, six months is I guess fair enough, while I stand guilty beyond reasonable doubt without due process. Well, thats life, I waas only making life easy and light for me and never thought it would reach this far. Im glad I have found a place of refuge, a place where I can be alone and enjoy the silence and just be with myself.
I dont know when this melancholic episode would end but one thing's for sure. Nag mahay ko. I guess mahay is better than dumot.
Well, life is like that. We end up hurt and bruised sometimes and we have lessons to learn and things to accept beyond understanding.

Sad, is a familiar word for my life. Every day, I have to feel the sadness, which was never reduced, but increasing rapidly. I tried, take lessons, of grief that I experienced. I also try to understand everything that happened. But, no I can understand, and I learned. Everything seemed difficult to understand. All seem complicated, to be studied. I know, there is only sadness in my life.

well, today i have decided to be happy and surrender to God what ever it is that I am feeling. He gave me a new to to celebrate and embrace His love for me.

Nagmahay ko.. if i would translate that to english - that would be you are regretting. What for Zelmarg?
but i do agree there are instances in this life that we feel that way, sad, melancholic... and i do feel that way sometimes. it is normal i guess... but then life is too beautiful to feel that way. As for corona, i really do not know if he is guilty or not guilty as i do not know whom should i believe especially when it comes to politicians.

I thank the Lord for each of your lives.Though we have not seen each other here or know each other here, but I see the willingness to comfort and to lift up one another as brothers and sisters and I see that single thread that binds us all together and its Jesus.

Well, everybody experiences and has to experience a bit of sorrow in his/her life because God has made everybody's life in such a way that we experience both happiness and sadness! You shouldn't lose hope because after the bad time goes, every person has lots of happiness in store. The time when a person is in pain and sorrow, his/her ability of baring and coping up with such situations is tested. Whenever we find ourselves in such a situation, we should pray to God so that our problems end up soon and never lose hope and fight that situation with courage, no matter how difficult the situation is. The sooner or later, all problems will fade away, and we will find only happiness and joy around us, I am sure about it! Because nights come for sure, but do not last for ever, after a few hours, we get to see the morning light again! This is the way how life goes. Sadness comes for sure in everybody's life BUT after a certain period of time we will surely get to see happiness again! :)

There are good days, there are bad days, but life goes on. There are instances in our lives that we really need to go through in order for us to reflect on ourselves, and realize what we are made of. Eventually years from that point, you would just seem to laugh at those darkest days of your life.

Yes, you're right, it's really difficult to translate these visayan words. There maybe exact english words for these but we just don't know. Talk to God and you will find peace in your heart. I also had experienced having been so depressed and I just talk to him. I think that he is just around listening and watching us. Don't envy CJ Corona, he has more problems than us. We'll just pray that all those who are feeling depressed this moment shall find peace in their hearts.

Regret often comes to our doorsteps even when we're not conscious that what we are about to do would cause us great regret in the end.
I too have regretted many things in this life, I still constantly am reminded of the things I did wrong but we should remember not only to focus on the things that make us sad but also on the things that make us happy. Count your blessings friend, perhaps that would help.
I was close to regretting last week, symptoms showed that I would again regret the decisions I made these past few months but I chose not to act on regret. I chose not to let my 'character' or 'reaction' be determined by what tests say, I chose to just let it go, afterall, I cannot do anything about it.
I think you should not live life with too much drama. Stop thinking for a while, you deserve some smiles too. Just have faith and just let it go. But next time, watch your tongue so you won't get in trouble. This is what I tell myself always.

Hi Zelmarq! One of our myLot friends translated that word as something to do with regret. If that is the reason for you being lonely, you should not despair. There are no permanent things in this world. Everything will pass. There is always a solution to our problem. Your friends here in myLot will always be here for you. Yes, today I decided to be happy. I am a child of God and I will take hold of the promises he gave me. MAy be its the devil;s way to make me feel sad but I know now he is out there very despesrate that claiming God's promises to guide me and to help me in times of need.
