It's not easy but I won't give up

I also like arts and crafts but I am a quick learner, if I see any video in youtube, I can make it. I started learning craft during my school days when I was 5 years old.

hi, shy, glad to know that you are so excited with your new activities and won't give up on it. when I was junior high school, there was a lesson about art and I learn how to paint and made a simple statue from gypsum. it's really interisting for me. my paint was not really good, but I really enjoy wasting time with canvas and paint.now I really miss that moment.I want to paint again, even this is just for relax, but sadly I have no time yet...

I know I love crafting as well. I am waiting for my course to finish the summer so I can get a head start on some of my craft projects. I will be taking quilting in July and I also want to learn how to do stained glass windows, candles, soap making, and candy making. I know it is frustrating in the beginning but if you keep at it you will get the hang of it.

It is nice when you can say out that you wont give up... I used to learn to do paper flowers and i spent whole afternoon for doing it. My results are 11 flowers but...honestly i have to say that it is very ugly. I still put it in a pot...but i put it in the corner only. I think i never make paper flowers more...

hi shylade, they have crafts every third saturday at this local church. I went to join the group because I wanted to learn how to knit...I bought my supplies and the lady that elected to show me how, knitted backward as she told me...so needless to say I didn't learn the task. But its ok perhaps I will try it again,,,,lol..go luck with your flower making...don't give up I am sure with time you will be making them in no time....

Hi shylade,happy children's day,hehe ~~i am so glad to hear that you are interested in crafts,i also like the betiful crafts,you re right, it is not easy to learn about handmade crafts,but i think if we are interested and detemined in learning it well,surely we will learn it by our effors,i wish you success in learning it.

When I was still on my elementary days. I envied my cousin because she knows how to do cross-stitch. I asked her to teach me. And she did taught me on how to do it. At first, I am so enjoyable doing it. I spend much time on stitching my name. However, later on, when I was in high school, I got so busy on my studies. But I was still hoping that I could do it again and practice a lot more. However, until now that I graduated from college, my dream on making a masterpiece of cross stitch is still a dream. I actually want to do it again, but I want my cousin to be there when I will do it. Of course, I only want her to guide me in doing my craft.

Nice to know that you are learning new things. It is really hard at first but as you always practice and do it repeatedly eventually is would be easier and you will used to it. It is great to learn other stuff and succeed in the end. Good luck and keep it up.

Wow! that is great to learn new thing! I am like you, I wish to learn new crafts. Sooner I would start doing. Don't give up friend. It will happen like that at first. Sooner you will find secret in it and would do it in your unique way. Best wishes.

your problem same with me :D i'm in learning too. I started make some creation by felt. it is difficult too. i spent one hours for one doll. but i love it, i love the process.
