ideal gift for a friend?

my friend's birthday is next week but i haven't got any present for her yet. she's actually not very close to me but on my birthday she did gave me a box of chocolate for a present. well, it would be kinda rude to not get her anything for her birthday. but, i really don't know what to buy for her as a gift. if any of you have any idea for an ideal gift for a friend, please do share with me.

THere are many things for a friend. Chocolates or candy is nice but then that´s what she gave you. Maybe a nice pair of earrings of other small token would be nice.

Well,i think sweets things are loved by most girls.So i think that you've already choose to put the topic in chocolates,maybe try to learn some chocolates on the internet and most importantly is that you have a genuine heart,i think that's enough and ideal. Good luck.

go with chocolate. i mean, who doesn't love the stuff? maybe you could get her some chocolate covered fruit?!

If she bought you a box of chocolates for your birthday, then you should take that as advice and get her something similar. If you want to make it a little bit more personal then there are places where you can get people's names written on the chocolate free of charge. If you know of a band that she likes, then you could buy her a t shirt or something with the band name on. Try and spend a similar amount of money on her as she did on the chocolates that she got for you though, as this is usually a good way of trying to decide what you should be getting for somebody.

the t shirt idea is good but the problem is that i don't know what her favourite band is. maybe i should get one of my closer friends that. as for her, i think giving chocolates are better cause i know that she likes to eat..hehehe :P

dear godiva chocolates can be good gifts.They have a varaity of chocolates so there is one for everybody.When i am looking for gifts for friends a simple box of chocolates can make anyones day. You can get the chocolate in many differant forms.In a box,wrapped up,even with teddy bears. Its even kinda fun to get someone a cool gift.You could also get her personlized m&ms from M&m.com.
