good abs workout

I've found this workout routine: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bNOm_ofoeWU I hope it will be a good reference for other... It's great and i do it twice a week, im just started it... I wonder if the exercises also good for losing abs fat and get me sixpack...

In order to lose fat around your stomach or just fat in general, you need to do cardio exercises like walking, running, biking, swimming, etc. If you just do the ab exercises, you'll get muscle but you won't be able to see it if theres a layer of fat covering it. The best thing would be to do cardio until you're at your ideal weight and then start the toning exercises for your abs

Oh, can't i just combine it? Like doing the routine then doing cardio the next day... How about that? Will it help? So i can losing fat while toning the muscle...

I don't know, I'd definitely start off with cardio first and then maybe doing the ab exercises. You're always going to need cardio to stay healthy and maintain your weight. Once you've gotten into cardio then you can start working on the ab exercises maybe a few times a week.

You can have that six packs if you do curl ups religiously.
