Source code - binary code

Hi friends, i really interest in the name of the movie and it's trailer. It makes to watch that movie "Source code" But, i didn't understand the end of the movie. is source code (movie) is written in binary code which can't understand by humans? can anyone explain what exactly happened at the end?

I didn't think it was that confusing... the source code was supposed to just get a virtual reality vivid-glimpse into the past, but it worked so well that it altered the past and created an alternate universe where the bomber was stopped and all the people lived. The pilot got a second chance at life through his trip into the source code and the alternate reality. I don't know about the source code being written in binary or not being understood by humans! I'm pretty sure the movie didn't take itself seriously enough to tell us how the code was written. Anyway... binary CAN be read by humans. I'm not one of the humans that can read it, but I'm pretty sure it's practically second language to programmers.

I think what happened in th end was their source code program was so powerful that it can alter the past too. So when the lead actor really stopped the bomb, then everyone including the body he was in lived.. ANd he is also living in the body of the guy..confusing..
