mybrowsercash advertisement with adsense on page

I want to know if it is fit to have advertise through mybrowsercash if the site is adsense enabled. Will it harm it or not? As i am viewing some sites doing this? is it good? or not tell me your suggestion should i advertise with them or not as thye will cost cheaper and much more one will get even if they geet 3%ctr on the ads that actual click adsense ads
