why is it that money don't usually comes to the people that will make use of it very well, as in spending it wisely or investing it somewhere good, it always goes for the people that lavish them, can somebody tell me why this is happening?

I'm not sure why this discussion is under this category.
Attracting anything rquires a lot of attracting power. Some people come by a lot of money because they really, really desire it & have some of the merit to acquire it. Many of these people have not taken the time to learn how to invest this money wisely as they are only focussed on obtaining it.
