People are mentally insane, they can be cannibal too

If you watch Anthony Hopkins movie, he was a genius, but he also a cannibal, like the movie "Hannibal". Lately, on the news, a man was found guilty of killing a 37 - old man, and he ate the victim's heart, and part of the brain. Not mention that he chopped his body into pieces too. Such brutality, I thought it seldom happen in reality, only exaggerated in the movies. Now, I just knew that we just live among some of those mentally insane individuals. Such person should not be allowed to bail, and they must be kept locked. Don't you agree? I just found it horrible, and I imagine how he can eat the human body parts.

I think more and more people are becoming insane. I have never seen anything like this years ago. There were crazy people then, but nothing like eating other peoples faces or hearts or stuff like that. Maybe this is a new breed of serial killer.
