Ricky now has a recording of what he needs to frame Phyllis

Well thanks in part to stupid Daisy, Ricky now has a recording of Phyllis threatening to kill Daisy. So now the way is clear for him to Kill Daisy and frame Phyllis with the appropriately edited recording submitted anonymously to the police. He can then see to it that her history comes out about trying to run Christine down which will make the case against her even stronger.

Yeah, probably he will be the one that kills Daisy and then frames Phyllis for it. And of course, it will all happen just as Michael takes over the DA job and has to prosecute her!!! But since they will want us to think it is RIcky that does the deed...it won't be him.. but it will be Ryder or someone from Daisy's past that is the killer. I am just so tired of murder mysteries! Diane's lasted SO LONG!!! I wish they'd give us a break from them!
