Do You Agree That Proverb Honesty Is The Best Policy Is Saying Died In Past ?

Dear Friends From Different Parts Of Earth .........but yes from same planet only .....
.....
I m from India ,I welcome all of you to my this discussion ...........
When I was studying in school ,my school notice board has long and bold proverb saying "Honesty is the policy " and same proverb was written in my library and corridors of my classroom..........
The proverb made me very honest since teacher used to teach us that being honest makes us strong from inside ........
But when today I go out in the world for day to day work ........
I find people cheating each other for small benifits ........
DO you agree that the proverb "Honesty is the best policy " died in past.....

see its upto you what you take,you can do same thing and be like them,and donot do things like them and be like yourself

so you also have two option forget honesty and be like them or feel proud that you are a honest person and problems didnot turned you from honest to dishonest

That's actually my motto since i was a kid even in my elementary days in school. I been awarded as the most honest student. But as i implied it to now sometimes you can do it because of different situation. I can be honest as much as possible but I will not hurt someone's feeling just to be honest with someone. Sometimes you have to priorities the situation first before thinking of being honest to ones person.
