Starting a PTC site...

Hello, everyone. 
I have been contemplating starting a PTC site of my own. There is a place that will create one for you, and for $59 it will be good for 3 months.
I just need a little help in knowing more about this, and finding out if it will be a worthwhile venture.
I am struggling so much right now, that I have been looking into doing just about anything from pulling weeds, to building trusses. I have looked into just about every job, and I am not fearful.
So, what do you all think about this starting a PTC site? Is it going to get me where I wont have to worry about money, or is it a waste of time? Have any of you thought about making your own PTC site?
