As we continue our journey, there are number of times or maybe once in our life that we can encounter depression right? There are some who can cope up with the difficulties in life as they grow older and become more prepared as they struggle to succeed and there are also some who can't even cope up because of lack of support and such. My question is.. have you also experienced depression?

Hi! i'm sorry to hear that. Mind if I ask? Do you take anti-depressant medicines? What alternatives do you do in order to cope up with depression? My brother is also suffering from depression previously. He couldn't converse in a normal way to other people. He only talks to us and he always stays inside his room and play computer games. But with the family support and also some medications he is now trying to move on and hopefully he will consider going to school again. He only has one semester left. ^_^

Many blessings to your brother and I hope he will be able to complete his schooling.....

I have experienced depression when I was working in a foreign country. I don't know if that was depression but I think it was close to that. I don't look forward for another day and I just wanted to crawl in my bed. I was hoping I will not wake up at all. But since I had no choice and I need to work I tried my best to get up but I was like a robot then. I don't have the appetite to eat. I just grab an apple or a banana and I'm good to go. That went on for months. I know I have to do something and I don't have anyone to talk to so I turned to God. I prayed every day for guidance. After a few days I started to have focus and I don't feel so down anymore. I was lucky that my health did not suffer. I learned an important lesson from that experience and that is to always call on to God for help and guidance. He has the wisdom and knows best about me and what is good for me.

I appreciate the comment. With such problems that came into to each one of us. It is good thing that you cope it up and deal with the situation in a positive way. With regards to your adjustment period, you cling to God first and did your best.
