Declining Number of Referrals

Just recently, I noticed that my referrals in my favorite PTC site started to go down. I already had 65 direct referrals, then suddenly it became 60 and now, I only have 39. I don't know how I could encourage them to work more so that their account won't be suspended.
MyLot friends, what do you do to make your referrals work? Please give some advice.

that is the big question. easy to get the sign ups, hard to keep them going. kind of like my referrals on mylot. what you can do is hold training meetings or send out newsletters giving tips are how to increase there profits with your company. you can do this even before you get your referral signed up. write a blog about the importance of working your program if you want it to work. draw up a plan that shows there earning potential if they commit to the program. these are things i will need to do as am i trying to build my referral. just a suggestion. good luck to you.

no problem. in the military, i use to have to come up with ways to make people work for me efficiently. you will be able to find a way. you seemed very determined.
