Recently my cousin have taken to his friend’s Spa where I had refreshing treatment, it feels good. It is seen that Spas are increasing here. Spas range from tiny day spas to sprawling big resort spas with fabulous facilities. The one thing they all have in common is spa treatments like massage, body treatments and facials.
I feel most common people think it is a part of luxury when comparing the rate. But it is seen it gives better positive side to health if right treatment is got from a good spa, which might help to reduce the amount that is paid in hospitals. May precautionary is better than treatment…..

Dear
i go to spas a couple of times a year to relax and let things go.I go there when i am really tense and stressed. They are also very good for yout health too.I dont think spas will lower the profit of hospitals because lets say if somebody gets into a car crash ,spas dont treat that! But spas may help that person as a therpy.

hello shamrack! i have doubts that spas are really necessary, i mean for survival altogether as they seem to be a relatively recent development in popular culture....i am not talking about hollywood or switzerland or anything like that...i do feel that they have a lot of health benefits, both physically and mentally and that i definitely would love to have a posh spa holiday!

I do love Spa. It is my way of pampering myself and I believe it is really healthy to undergo whole body massage at least once a week. I believe I deserve this because I work really hard. I and my husband love to go to the Spa together. It is part of our regular relaxation and we do enjoy it a lot.

Spas are great for people who can afford them. I've only tried once and decide that although it's good for my health and it's very relaxing but it's not good for my wallet. As precaution for not seeing doctors too often I better stick with swimming with my kids

Spas make me feel good and beautiful. I go to the spa twice a month for massage, facial and sauna because it relieves stress and helping me to back into track again. I have a very stressful and tiring job my body is always aching and spa helps me to relieves there tiredness and pain. It a good thing that in my place lots of spas offering some discount and package were you can avail all of their treatments in a very affordable price. :)

Hi SHAMRACK, I like body spa because it can help me to be relaxs. I dont go to spa center too often because the price is quiet expensive, but we can do home spa at home we just need to buy bath salt or herbal bath we can put it in the bath up and be relax for a while, I know it cant replace the luxury of having spa in spa center but at least it can help when we dont have enough money to go to the spa center. At the spa center that i visit here, they use natural products such as lulur (natural body scrub made from rice and other herbs), herbal baths, etc. In the spa center, we can get treatment from our head until our toes like: hair spa, facial treatment, manicure pedicure. In my spa center, it is cheaper to buy a full packet of treatment (hair spa, body spa, facial + manicure pedicure) instead of take single treatment only. Have you ever tried Reflexology treatment? Many people said it also can help to keep our body healthy, because reflexology is like massage at the pressure points of our palms. Here reflexology massage is cheaper than full body spa treatment.
