My boss wanted to start an internet business. So I had a few ads online. There were inquiries and investment offers to his email address. He had me checked his emails .. read them to him and answer them as instructed by him. There was this emails that attracted him which mentioned investment for some $$xxxM. I mentioned to him that there were many scams and frauds online. He wanted to take the offer. I told him to be careful and his brother told him not to do it. But he went thru it and failed. He was conned $10,000. That was 2 years ago. Today he spilled it out that it was all my fault. I made him lost $10,000.

Absolutely in no way is it your fault at all, especially as you warned him about scams. Would his brother be able to stand up for you? How on earth could it possibly be your fault as it was him who made the decision.
