I got the kit from Canadian Tire today for $50.00 whereas Home Depot wanted $120.00 for the same one.
Its 3.5 ft x 3.5 ft square sized. I got one to see if that will work or if I will have to get another one or not.
I thought it came with the landscaping fiber but it doesnt so I have to go buy that from TSC, or similar store this week then get the dirt from work.
I also got the bulk of my seeds today as well. I got spinach, rommaine lettuce, carrots, mesculin mix, butternut squash, raddish (for my Dad),and yellow beans (for my Mom).
I was thinking of getting celery, pumpkin, watermelon, rapsberries, and blackberries. Also, some red onions, and I do want to try and grow mushrooms.

I am glad you found one that will work. I still have to get my garden tilled, we are late planting this season. I hope that raised garden works fine.

I got a raised garden once awhile back at my grandmother's house when I lived upstairs in the apt. I left it there when i sold the house. I do love those raised beds. So far the ground hogs here have been leaving stuff alone, I haven't seen one around in at least a month. My brother puts wire cages around his leafy stuff and they don't even seem to bother taking it off, so I let him have most of the veggies garden. That way I don't have to mess around with the weeding and have anyone here nag me about that again when I just hate to weed. I only planted eggplant as far as the veggies in that garden but I have beets and a few other things in pots that I hope are left alone by these critters here. You have picked out some really awesome stuff as far as the seeds.

Shockingly we dont have many critters here just a few. I know some who have them and have a similar top made with chicken wire. Im hoping to grow a few veggies, and herbs and hope they turn out. With these raised garden they arnt in the ground so its not contaminated so I wont have to weed anything.
