Living in a small place or having a small bedroom really makes someone feel tiresome or stressful. You feel suffocated and a little bit of stress whenever you come around to your place seeing it so crowded and kind of unorganized. You had a lot of stuff hanging on every corner of your room/place. you can't easily find something you badly need because you have to look for it. (Isn't to bad especially for a very busy person?) So, I researched some useful tips (from the net and from my own perspective for I also have a small room) And I hope these tips will be a big of help. 1.) Use a hanging bed to maximize the space of your room, or you can use a folding bed which you can fold and make it look like a cabinet when you're not sleeping.

Hello LinAliza and welcome to the myLot I have lived in the very small space before. I like to use the mirror on the wall to make the small space look the bigger. I use the whole wall of the mirror to make the space look much the bigger. Also, I like to study the boat design and use this design in the small space because it can be very efficient and well used of the space.

My boyfriend and I live in a very small basement apartment...it's maybe 300 ft sq, probably less (I'm bad at judging that), with a bedroom, living area that I've sliced into tv room/kitchen, office area, and bathroom.... it's really hard! We've had difficulty mixing our things and finding room for everything, and when it's messy it's almost unbearable. we've had to use a lot of totes to store things we're not using, as well as buying cloth stacked hanging compartments for our clothes.
