Occupy Wall Street Bank?

Had a discussion with my friend today, who works in media, he heard a rumor that OWS is trying to set up their own bank.
A customer friendly, alternate system for the rob-you-blind banks we have today. But i cant find much about it on the net.
Does anyone have any inputs about this issue?

That is news to me, but I doubt it will last long. Not to be a nay-sayer, but the good guys hardly EVER stay good, until that greed hits them, or the backwards screwy laws that force the bank itself to kick out more than it's making, which forces it to up the fees and the vicious cycle starts all over again.
Not to mention security and insurance in these times. I think it sounds nice, but then again so does free health care, and affordable college.

totally agree on the greed part.
