I had a person to do a job of advertising my items. I paid the person to do a quick and easy job but yet this person acts like they didn't want to do it and grumbles even though they could have told me that they didn't want the job. But the took my payments anyway and did it. And in their ad description they put "Just go" to the link or "don't what this is all about" Anyway, the payments I offered are much more higher (higher than quite a lot of other artist's commission prices anyway) than the prices they take for art commission.

You might also want to be sure that you are only paying for work done appropriately. If they don't do a good job give them a chance to fix it. If after that the work isn't corrected to the directions you provided then refuse payment. On man sites you can report workers who do this. Chances are they have done this to others and will eventually be kicked off the site. Also make note of who they are so you can blacklist them from your jobs.

Sorry to hear about that, maybe next time do not trust so much to people you do not know online. Money can be easily lost and get through nothing if not properly handle.

It sounds to me as if you could have probably done a better job of this yourself. Since you already paid him then I'd make a mental note to myself not to ever go to this person for help again. With the economy as bust as it is, I'm sure you could find someone more than willing to do the job and probably do a better job than this person did.
