Recover Password

I want to recover my paypal password .. I forgot my password.To recover my password I need to answer my security questions. I did answer.. Still it says my answers are wrong. .. Please tell me how to solve this.. I cannot contact the cutomer agents as I am unbale to log in.. If any one of the mylot members could give me a Paypal's customer Agent email id.. It would be of a great help.. SO I could write to them.. Thnks

I had the same problem but with my Payza account. It took me one month for the problem to be sorted out. I guess you do not have to login to contact the customer service. You can find the contact link on the bottom of the page even before logging in.

Im sorry to hear your problem, I never contacted paypal through email address so i cannot help but if im not mistaken, when you forgot your password and want to reset it, paypal gives you two options how to reset the password: answering the security questions or enter your bank account number that you used to register/linked to paypal. So if you failed to answer the security questions, try to use the second option by entering the bank account number. Good luck
