Hello guys,I have this problem last thursday, philippines time and date.I sent my money via bank transfer and when I went to my bank, they said that my bank was already closed since thursday, since the day I transferred my money to my bank. Is there a possibility that my money won't back to my account? I really need my money and until now my money didn't back yet to my moneybookers account.Help!

Hi Narfnarf, Welcome to Mylot! Whether you get your money back or not depends on why your account was closed. If it was closed and you had bank fees and charges due then it is possible that they are keeping your money towards those fees. I would call the bank and find out just what the story is. They usually give you notice when they are going to close down your account for any reason.

Hi Marc, we would like to once again inform you that the funds have left our system. This means that we have absolutely no control of the funds at this point. In case you have requested the funds to be sent to a closed bank account, the funds should be returned back to us by your bank. Your bank will receive the money and in case the can not credit them to your bank account it is their responsibility to return them to the sender (in this case Skrill). Moneybookers said..

What an odd response. It looks as if you are copying this from Moneybookers??? I don't know what your game is but I'm not Marc and this just looks like a copy/pasted response that you pulled from another site???

Did you mean the bank closed down or your bank account was closed due to dormancy? I think you can ask the bank manager to try to retrieve the data for you, the bank statement. Also, try to open a new bank account then send an email to MoneyBookers about what happened. Request to send it to your new bank account.

Hi narfnarf ! how this possible?if u have requested moneybookers to send your money to your closed account by unknown than how could the bank accept money from the moneybookers for the closed account and if it wasn't accepted than most probably the money would return to your moneybooker account. First of all, you should go through the bank account statement and moneybooker aswell to detect where the problem is and than apply for rectification accordingly with proof to the concerned account.
