Most high level jobs are done by men. Should the government encourage a certain percentage of these jobs to be reserved for women??

For me men and women must be given equal chances for jobs.

What means: encourage? Fact is (over here law says) men and women have same right, you are not allowed if you are looking for an employee to ask for a man (or certain age) but reality is different. Even if they ask for female or foreigners or invite them to show up for an interview as well it's mostly just show. I experienced that myself many time. I met plenty of directors who told me at the interview I am great for the job but they just can't take me because men won't accept a woman higher educated or with better skills as they have.

Well this is true but I think that the women have also lots of different jobs to do. Just for some reason the men have more job.
