Too younger than a real age...Do you believe it?

Last night, i had a long chat with my friend in UK. His real age is 49. I haven't met him in person yet, but see his pictures, i don't think he is 49 also. He told me that no one could guess exactly his age, many people guess he is 30's, some silly people guess he is 20's.
He told me he has no white hairs also. I am so impressed with it.... Many young guys in here have white hairs when they are still young. I know he takes fitness everyday and his body is pretty nice with muscle, but i could not believe that he looks too young than his real age like that.
It is so strange...Do you believe that he looks too younger than his real age like that?

There are people who looks younger than their age.
Oh well, I have friends who looks younger than their age and I know people who looks older than their age as well.
That depends on how people took care of their looks and healthy diet is one of the secret.

yah, that is really amazing.
I know someone who is 60 yrs old but looks 40.
One mylotter also started a topic about a woman in Japan who is 40 yrs old but looks 17 yrs old.
There are realities that sound odds but are real.

I heard about it but she spends much time a day to care her beauty. In fact i was not surprised about that new because i know that women often spend much time to care their beauty, eating and using cosmetic.
In here this man just do fitness everyday only, no lotion or cosmetic to care his skin as women do. He also doesn't take diet or care much what he eats everyday...

That's too common. Some movie stars are 60 years old but they look like 30 years old or younger, as they protect their skin very well and have a young heart.Such as the famous Asian Sister Zhao Yazhi, a beauty, already 60,but just looks like a girl of 20. Cosmetics can help a person look younger. If you want to be called younger than your real age, you should laugh a lot, be happy, and protect your skin well.

With famous actress, i really don't know they use boxton or not...because i feel that some of them have not natural beauty more...
I heard about that woman, she is totally look younger than her real age...i admire her also. All women want to look younger than real ages....
