Clicksense ads in yellow

I just got back into Clicksense after a 2 year hiatus to find my account was still active. Horray! My question is, what does it mean when ads are highlighted in yellow? Are they worth extra. I looked in their forum and FAQs and didn't find an answer. Not a big deal, just curious.
