sleepless night and heavy head.

I was a sleep night and the morning was so restless.It happens many a times to me when i could not take a sound sleep because of multiple things running in my mind.I am unable to overcome those worry.Gosh ! its hell like feeling,i need peace of mind.

Its hard to believe when you say that you're depressed and in dire need of peace of mind when your display pic is cute little smiley face that looks really happy . Anyways, if you really want peace there are plenty of ways to achieve that for instance , meditation. All you have to do is take a healthy yet comforting posture and take deep breaths in and out , thinking about all the good experiences simultaneously , many people imagine to be in an imaginary "happy place", that could help. Listen to some music , any kind that you might like , preferably soft rock or some mellow R&B hits. Hope the above help you out in achieving the peace you want to seek, good luck and let me know how it turns out.

Well I'm right as you. I sometimes just can't sleep till the later hours. It is usually on saturdays and sundays because all the weekday I had so many problems and all of that. I sometimes go out with friends or on a short holiday with my family to relax. Than I feel relaxed and I forget about all problems on my head and also sleep like a baby.

This is bad, my friend. If this is again many times, you'll be sick. You should try to leave all things when you sleep. I have this experience before. But now, I'm better because I tried to train. Wish you're better!
