Has anyone had success training their cat to use the toilet?

The idea of my cat using the toilet, instead of his litter box, really appeals to me. Just wondering if anyone has done this, and how you did it. I am sure the younger the cat is the better your results will be. Miles is 2.

Yes I have sort of...he would do one thing in there and not the other. I'm sure you can guess which one. I think one took longer than the other?? In any case, I don't think he cared, he never said anything, but I think people kinda got creeped out by it. I was having a party once and one of my quests went to use the bathroom and there was the cat...

A colleague from the office has a cat that does this. Nobody taught her to do that but she never uses a litter box. She jumps up on the toilet seat, she does her duties and then she leaves. The bad thing is she never learnt to flush the toilet. We didn't believe her when she told us her cat does this so she made a short movie with her cat. I hope I'll find the link to show it to you.
