Regarding Christian Religion, praying to God I think can't guarantee to save you from winning a boxing matches, for I believed that God won't allow to favor any prayers just to win where the objective and the purpose of prayer is to hurt your opponent with a flurry of jabs and crosses, while your opponent in turn - retaliates with a dozens of uppercuts and hooks. While exchanging of punches, blood traces on face, and bumps on eyelids, the crowd enjoys if someone between the two fighters are hurt, does God enjoy this event? And I think, even the signing of the holy cross before the first round of fight begins is also useless, God will not listen even though how deep of prayers as per the fighter requests, God knows in the end of the boxing matches, like a form of gambling, multi-million dollars prices circulates.

Hello mantis36 Like you, I don't think that God gives a rat's behind who wins a boxing event, or any other sporting event.
