I am surfing on youtube and suddenly i saw this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LQFVPMA9rE&feature=relmfu (it is not referral link) OMG, he is American but he can sing Vietnamese song very well. This song is written by Trinh Cong Son who is very famous in Vietnam. Honestly i love Trinh Cong Son's songs, but it is not easy to sing it at all...but in here with this guy, his voice is warm and very passionate with the song lyrics...It is so awesome!!! My heart is melting when listen to his singing... Moreover, this guy can sing many Vietnamese song with passionate emotion following the song lyrics, i am so impressed with him.. Have you ever got strong feeling when listen to a foreigner guy's singing by your mother tongue?

Wow the song is beautiful, his voice is amazing...eventhough I dont understand whats the song about. I too feel the same when foreigner sings my native song, I see so many foreigner not only sings my native songs but they also learns how to play the traditional instrument, they also dance the traditional dance, it is really amazing and touching. Even the young generation in my country has less interest on learning traditional songs and music instrument but those foreigners played it very well. I do listen to foreigner songs like chinese and arabic and try to sing it but I never tried to sing Vietnamese song. This song is really wonderful, Im not sure if I can sing it as good as this.

Ya, some foreigners guy can't speak Vietnamese fluently but they can sing Vietnamese songs very well with passionate voice. As you said, it is so amazing and touching. that song is quite difficult to sing also because it is very passionate in every word, but that guy did very good. Honestly i can't do like him...

Hmm, the song names Diem xua...it talks about ...the author's feeling of the life, the love in the past...when it is raining in Hue...In fact, sometime i can't understand all the meaning in the song's word...because it has many meanings in it... There are many song types, but what i know foreigners love to listen to Trinh cong son's songs. I hope you will love Vietnamese songs. Ah, i remember when i was in Korea, 1 korean man loves the song name "Dung xa em dem nay" so much, in English it is "Don't leave me tonight".
