Debit card to paypal?

i am also from the philippines and i recently was able to withdraw paypal money from my back account. i used EON card from unionbank, this is the card specifically for used to verify a paypal account. just go any unionbank branch nearest you and bring photocopy of requirements like id, passport and apply for an EON card..it has a processing of about 100 or 150 pesos and after one week you can already claim it and then you pay 350 pesos fee for the card. there is no required balance or maintaining balance for this card..i also used this to purchase and pay for things online through paypal.

I use my personal bank account to link to my Paypal account. I don't even need to have a debit card and it's easy for me to withdraw directly from my Paypal account to my bank account. I live in Malaysia. I don't know if this is possible in the Philippines.

Well, you know that I have signed a Paypal account by entering a debitcard (or prepaid), and so such a way that once I have reached a fair amount in my account, I can repay the money on that card. I live in Italy and the name of the card is "Postepay". and is associated with the VISA Electron. I'm sure that even in the Philippines you can get a service like this.

Have you linked your PayPal account to a local bank account? If you haven't, you will have to do it someday. Now, you can request the bank to issue you a debit card. I'm not from Philippines, and my bank issued me one (actually two) for free. The annual cost from the second year onwards is just $2, which isn't anything.
