Hello everyone. I have been in mylot probably just over a week and i find it a good place to share with everyone my newly found hobby/interest and that is bodybuilding or should i say sculpting cause for me bodybuilding are for those Arnold Schwarzernagger and Ronie Coleman. I'm more interested in sculpting my body to look like those fitness instructor/model. They are not huge, they are just finely "made" or trained body. Example could be Randy Orton from WWE, Greg Plitt, Zyzz and Pham Woodbridge. 6 packs, nice bicep and triceps, sexy quads and calves, square chest and buffed shoulder. From what i understand the routine or the training regime are very similar to those bodybuilder who wish to compete in Mr. Olympia.Only difference is that the stuff they consume is which is actually providing more calories to the body. As of now, my training consist of 4 separate days. Monday for the biceps and triceps, tuesday for the back and abs, wednesday is my rest day, thursday for my legs and calves, friday for my chest and shoulder and saturday i do a little cardio and a mixture of a few workouts that involves almost every part of my body. Each workout consist of 3 sets with each sets involves 8 to 10 repetition. As for food, i slowly changing the way i eat and the things i eat. 5 meals a day with loads and loads of protein. I eat carbohydrate food mostly 1 or 2 hours before working out for energy. supplements includes multivitamins, vitamin b-complex,l-arginine,bcaa tablets, whey protein from optimum nutrition. i could continue alot more but i do not wish to bore readers and make them sleep.Have a good day.

Hello elguardian! It's a good thing you're doing; it's always good when people decide to live healthier lives and become more fit. Just keep doing what you're doing and eating right, until you have exactly the look you are going for. Good luck with your training!
