I am alway wondering why there is not a web system that enbales the rich to help the poor. In that case the poor will suffer less and the rich will become nobler. For example, through a global money-help system, donators and receivers will meet.No matter what's the amount of money sent, just show your loving heart. If every one from the rich or middle class donate 1 dollar, that would be a big amount! And further, when receivers accept the money or things from the donator, they may do something for them. Can you imagine it? If people in the world can help each other freely, the world will be more friendly, and beautiful! So if there is a global money-help system, what will it be like? I'd like to know your ideas. Thanks!

That will be a good thing and If such site is about to start, it will definitely succeeded. But the problem is that people need to donate to system owners because they will need their own expenses to make this system work well :)

I see your ideas.I think the owner of the website should be rich enough to start this web system. So others need't donate to the web. Thanks for responding!

While I think this would be a great idea, and would have the possibility to help many people, and in an ideal world it would even work. But unfortunately we do not live in an ideal world, and I think most rich people would be too greedy to donate.

Although it may sound critical, the following is just my personal opinion so please don't be offended in anyway. I don't think a web system is the way to help the poor. There are reasons that are beyond most people's control and the only real way to help the poor is to attack the core of the problem, which is often, but not always, a lack of money. People are also naturally selfish and greedy (I believe it's a survival instinct) but there are always exceptions. I think giving away money would cause people to rely on the donations for the rest of their lives. With that said, there are online investment systems to help the poor. One of them is called Kiva (www.kiva.org). Kiva is an organization that lets you fund people's businesses with micro loans. They get to start working and earning for their families, and you get paid interest not to mention that warm fuzzy feeling that you did something good. I think if more people participated in sites like Kiva, it would make a big difference.

There are web systems aimed at achieving the same aims you just said. If you search for it you can find there are in fact numerous of it. However all of them are not really global like you say and most of it is very unsuccessful due to the fact that people normally don't do charity online due to distrust.
