Hi my fellow mylotter's it dinner time again and I need to prepared our dish for tonight. I am going to cook "Stir-fry broccoli and skinless chicken breast with low sodium oyster sauce". After the removal of the gallbladder of my husband last year I am more aware and careful in every food that I served in our table. As much as possible I avoided fatty and high sodium foods because I dont want to compromised my husband health anymore. I dont want him or I to get sick anymore just because of unhealthy lifestyle. Also its very expensive when you get sick. By eating healthy foods I know were far from getting any kinds of illness at the same I've noticed that my husband and I we became more fitter and healtier.
How about you my fellow friends, how do you maintain a healthy lifestyle? Do you avoid fatty and high sodium foods too? Thank you for sharing.

broccoli is my favorite vegetable and it has a lot of benefits for our body healthy. As for the healthy program, I start doing exercise everyday and Im thinking to try raw food diet but I dont think I can do 100% raw food diet probably will just stay 3 days eating raw food and the rest days of week eating cooked food. Raw food is not just eating salads, they have various recipe and I still take a look at it to know which one I can make easily. I dont eat meat and I eat fish, so I will check the Japanese dishes they serve raw fish menu. Yes I agree with you it is better to change our healthy lifestyle instead of risky our body healthy because medical expense is really expensive nowadays, and in my city the hospital is being greedy and try to get benefits as much as they can from the patient, they try to make us stay in hospital even we dont have serious illness.

Good day Bhebelen,
Here in our home, my sister is the one in-charge of cooking since she is a chef. Although I also know various menus, still my sister does it. Hence there were times, she consults me on what to prepare. And same as you are doing, we also observed a healthy way of food preparation.

That's nice. A stir fry broccoli is a delicious meal.
For, I didn't have a problem in taking healthy food. I rarely eat junk food, I didn't like to deep fry food and during work when I prepare my own food, it is always steam meat and vege without any salt or monosodium glutamte and I'm fine with it.
The problem is, my household just cannot take what I take because for them it is tasteless and not that appetizing.

Nice, you may also want to try TVP or textured vegetable protein ( defatted soy product)with the broccoli from time to time instead of chicken or mushrooms, yes I think your recipe would do for now, yummy.
