I don't think there's such a thing as a "professional blogger". Anyone can actually put up a blog and post about something they're familiar with. I have a money-making blog that's been online for more than a year now. I used it as a way to get referrals for the programs I'm involved in. In fact, that's how I actually get my referrals.
