I think you can call them male nipples too..
It is nice has a male to get some action there, but i prefer other things, like kisses there and in other parts of the chest and belly

Wow, that is something your guys chatting there. That is way beyond romantic part of it. Actually, nipple is nipple, whether it is man or woman. So, I guess there is no special term for it right? Correct me if I am wrong. Once, a girl I knew grab my chest, treat me like a lady friend or something, that was really weird to me. I got no big chest, why she would like to grab it?
