i am looking for good photo editor

i am wondering if there is a free application for tablet to edit screenshot i have made on my tablet. as the one i have downloaded were only useful to edit the pictures taken by the tablet itself and not by screenshot. anyway, it is not that important for me to see one since i can do that on my computer. but it is just nice to also to do it on my tablet. but if i can not i will not keep looking. but i do enjoy what i have downloaded so far although not for screenshop pictures.

befunky is a good one for the computer and they have a app on the iphone.
I was actully just looking myself for picture editor sites.
I found picmonkey is pretty cool to on the computer and piczap is really cool it lets you cut out photos and put them on backrounds or with other photos i had fun with that one, but as far as i figured out you can only save to facebook on that one.
