Oh my gush !! Have your ever tried Chinese language. This is very difficult. My professor always tells me that you will get your PhD. but will not be able to learn Chinese.Saying this he does not discourage me rather my courage to learn Chinese increases. Yes,i am trying to learn Chinese.Cause now i am in Taiwan and planning to stay here for a long time for the purpose of study. So,to make my life more easy i need to learn Chinese.I attends one Chinese class which is around 3 hours on every Friday. The teacher in my Chinese class is very friendly and she always try to teach us Chinese in a very friendly way. But believe me before learning Chinese had learn Hindi as i was in India for 4 years and it was not that difficult.I also learned "Oriya" which is a state language in India.Of course i know English and Bengali is my mother language. But i did not face this kind of difficulty while learning other language. But i am facing problem while learning this language. The Chinese language is very rich.Where English language is only having 26 letters in Chinese language they are having more than 10000 letters. So,you can understand how difficult this Chinese language language will be.Also they are having 5 tones to pronounce their words. So,if you use different tones for the same word the meaning changes. But i am still trying and hope during the summer vacation i will develop my learning quickly.Cause if i can learn it then it will be a very good asset in future for me. If you have any experience regarding Chinese language you can also share.

Oh..so you already left the Chinese classes. But the good thing is that you are continuing with German and French language which is very useful.Actually i need to continue with this cause i need to spend a long time over here so this is essential for me to learn the language. It is always having some benefit to learn the local language. Then you can mix with the local people more easily and they will also accept you. So,to do so i must learn Chinese and develop my communication skill in Chinese.

Mandarin Chinese is the offical language in China(Main land and Taiwan). But the Cantonese (Guangdong province and Hong Kong)is the most popular language for Chinese at foreign countries.

OMG! Suddenly, I found myself was a genius! I handle the hardest language in the word! Even, at my age of 3, I could speak Chinese fluently.

Yes great to hear about your effort to learn different languages. Chinese is indeed a difficult language to learn. I advice you to go through different online chinese tutorials and then start learning chinese. Nowadays every other language can be easily learned online. i hope you try this out.
