i how i eat.. i eat really slow and take a lot of time chewing my food, so my food becomes acidic and it removes my enamel. It is devastating since it is hard to break this habit, i might choke.
But i have to try if i don't want to lose any of my teeth.. i jut got 3 of my teeth filled..

Are you really really sure that you lost your enamel because of eating slow? Because I am a very slow eater too, and I have not yet lost any enamel. In fact, last year I had my teeth checked and the dentist said I had good teeth.
Now I am scared actually, what if I lose my enamel too? I take a little over half hour to eat lunch or dinner, and I know that is a long time. But I think it is healthy to chew your food thoroughly and it improves digestion.
Isn't it?

I eat slowly too. But I don't think i have any problems with my enamel, but I do have sensitive teeth. I have to make an appointment for the dentist next week and when I go, I'll mention my sensitive teeth and see if they have any recommendations other than the sensitive teeth toothpaste, which I've tried already.

Hmm... Is it really because of chewing?? I don't think that is really true because we're even encouraged to chew our food well. Unless of course, if you're chewing bones! hehehe...
I think there's something else causing your enamel to be thin. My dentist always tells me that though prophylaxis is generally good, it shouldn't be too regular, else my enamel would start to break.
Have a great MyLot experience ahead!
