Making money from your own site.

Do you guys have your own personal site in which you make money with?
A few weeks ago I created my own site in an attempt to make money, and also help others make money. It's not making me millions, but so far, it has made a few dollars.
I got a bit tires of the conventional methods, such as PTC, investing and games, so I gave it a shot.
anybody do the same, and if so, do you have any advice?

I would like to have my own site, but it would be a lot of work to get traffic to it.

Me too I have my personal blog but it earns me little. Maybe I should have a niche site so that it can have a stable and steady traffic. Targeted I mean. :)
